Returns & Exchanges

We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. For any discrepancies/damages, please be sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery/receipt, or we will not be able to honor your request. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping unless an exception is determined by Lip Smacker.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional charges required to resend the order.

Replacement Instructions

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return replacement is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a replacement.

All Other Purchases

For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please return to the original point-of-purchase to determine return eligibility.
