Standard Order Processing:
Lip Smacker is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 3 business days to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $35. For orders with standard shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
Free Shipping Promotion:
During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying dollar value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE MAY TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO PROCESS IN OUR WAREHOUSE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME.
Expedited orders shipped via Two Day or Next Business Day, please allow 1 business day processing time. Due to shipping restrictions, some products are not eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is only available within the Continental US. Expedited orders are delivered Monday-Friday. This option is NOT available for delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as Lip Smacker is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by; customs, natural occurrences, transfers from carriers, ground transportation strikes, delays, or missing/lost packages.
Shipping to Canada:
All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.
Due to shipping regulations, some products are prohibited to be shipped into Canada. Please note: We do not ship any nail polish or nail products to Canada.
International Shipping Policies:
Unfortunately, Lip Smacker does not currently ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges. We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. For any discrepancies/damages, please be sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery/receipt, or we will not be able to honor your request.
